THE UNSCRIPTED CAMP 2025

WHAT IF WE ARE PREPARING OUR TEENS FOR A WORLD THAT DOESN’T EXSIST?

Research shows that:

  • 47% of Kenyan teens say they spend more time online than with family (GeoPoll).
60% of teens globally say they’ve learned more from YouTube and TikTok than from school (Google & Pew).
80% of students worldwide feel their education isn’t preparing them for the future of work (Deloitte).
65% of children entering school today will work in jobs that don’t yet exist (WEF).

Yet despite all this change, teens are still handed outdated scripts that no longer fit their world. They’re told good grades alone will guarantee success—while the rules of success changed. We speak to them like digital migrants, while they’re digital natives raised in a world where the internet is not a side tool—it’s the main stage.

Without the right tools or guidance, many chase risky shortcuts like betting or crypto, caught between old advice that’s lost relevance and flashy illusions that rarely deliver.

Unscripted is where teens learn to ask better questions, face real choices, and walk away with the tools they need to thrive in the real world.
