TEENSAGE
Trust your teen can make right decisions
In TeenSage we answer two questions:
1) How do we assist the teen navigate the pressures and intricacies of teenagehood, taking advantage of the opportunities while avoiding the traps.
2) How do we prepare the teen for the responsibilities and expectations of turning legal aka eighteen.
With this, the teen is able to make decisions with wisdom, clarity and confidence of a sage despite their tender age.
The programme is supported by four workbooks for the teenager since we believe mentorship is a process and not an event. Each teen gets a workbook which helps them build awareness and set firm goals that lead to remarkable changes in their lives.
TEENFLEX
We may be the experts but you surely know your taste
We pride ourselves on having an extensive understanding of teens but we acknowledge that no one knows your teens better than you do. In Teen Flex we answer the question; How do we partner with you develop solutions tailored to address the uniqueness of your needs taking into consideration your preferences, style and traditions. So be it one on one sessions with your teen, events like career day, holiday camps, VBSs or programmes like student leaders training, it’s our pleasure to consult and craft a solution befitting the unique needs.
Quest Career Program
Choosing the right career pathway from junior high shouldn’t be rocket science
In Quest we answer the question; How do we assist a junior high graduate to select a career pathway in senior school from a point of knowledge, objectivity and understanding. This is a three-year programme that gives the junior-high-schooler exposure to different career options enhanced with an understanding of the career pathways and tracks in senior school.
Solid Transitions
Wouldn’t it be great if your teen took charge of their lives
In Solid Transitions we answer the question; How do we engage the teen through experiences that give them a marked, holistic and smooth transition into adulthood. Such a teen though not yet a ‘perfect adult’ is aware and understands the responsibilities of adulthood and has an internal drive to learn and build their capacity into adulthood. The programme runs for a year.
TEENSAGE FACILITATOR TRAINING
Get equipped to influence the teen near you
This is a supplement programme for TeenSage designed for anyone who has a desire to influence a teen but lacks the tools. The training focuses of the facilitator using their own experience coupled with a strong understanding of what the teen is going through to impact the teen. So be it your sons, daughters, siblings, nephews, nieces or the teen next door, this training has you covered.

Isaiah 54:1 says the barren should sing, meaning rejoicing in anticipation. Every sermon you preach enables your teens to do just that. We come in to partner with you to give the teen practical ways in which they can enlarge the place of their tent (V2). With this you will be able to:
- Have a teen who is able to spread out to the right and the left. (v3)
- Prepare teens to deal with life issues from a godly perspective
- Connect and engage with the teens
- Equip the teens to be the church today not the tomorrow church.

- A parent and a teen in harmonious understanding shouldn’t be such a strange thing.
Do you feel like whatever you say your teen doesn’t listen? Probably you are dreading your child is about to enter teenage. Or did it feel like you had a new family member when your child turned into a teen? From silent treatment, one word answer for questions, mood swings, preference for friends over family, it’s like you are losing the influence over their child as they turn into teens.
Our partnership entails drawing a deeper understanding of teens focusing on the concept of connection before correction. With this you will be able to:
